Job Title: Director of Quality ImprovementUT Health Tyler is seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality Improvement to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance patient care and safety
• Lead and facilitate performance improvement projects to identify and address areas for improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to inform improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholdersRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading successful quality improvement projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
