This position oversees the administration of institutional, federal and state financial assistance, scholarship programs and the overall operation of a student-focused department. The Director is responsible for developing financial aid and financial service strategies that support the College's enrollment and retention.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• At least three years of progressive experience in a Financial Aid Office with at least one year in a senior financial management position.
• Jenzabar and PowerFaids experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current and future regulations, guidelines and trends in federal and state financial aid.
• Fundamental accounting and fiscal reporting procedures.
• Proficiency in database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and managerial skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interrelate effectively with students, parents, and peers.Other job duties as assigned.
