Job OverviewTrane Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior PLM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Teamcenter to address specific business processes in Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and enhance modules and functionalities within Teamcenter, including CAD integration, data management, workflow automation, and configuration using OOTB solutions.
• Recommend and develop solutions based on latest Teamcenter PLM releases enhancements, industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.Requirements
  • Bachelor's/ master's in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in developing and configuring Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter architecture, data model, and APIs.What We Offer
