Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic team at UT Health Tyler. As a key member of our Clinical Nutrition program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients with diverse needs and conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilize electronic medical records and nutrition care process to deliver high-quality patient services.
• Participate in Performance Improvement and Patient Satisfaction initiatives to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Engage in physician and multidisciplinary team rounding to ensure effective patient care and communication.Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field with completion of required coursework and supervised practice.
  • Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and registration within 120 days of hire.
  • State licensure and certification as required by state(s) of practice.
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with a strong background in nutrition care and patient assessment.What We Offer
